Overview


If you are traveling abroad or work remotely from a different country and/or time zone and are facing issues with seeing appointments in Calendar and Timeline View, this could be due to the fact that MeasurePM interacts with some configurations on your computer. 


Please try the following steps to resolve this issue:


1.) Modify the time zone of your computer to match that of your company's.

2.) Change the "Country or region" and "Regional Format" settings to match the following. Ensure the date formats match what is highlighted below.


3.) Change the language of the PC to English if it is set to something different.


4.) Restart your PC completely.


5.) Clear your browser cache for "All Time" and mark the boxes as seen below.

Shortcut - (CTRL + Shift + Delete for PC) (Command + Shift + Delete for Mac) when in your browser


6.) Login to MeasurePM and navigate to Calendar View and Timeline View to see if the appointment cards now show.


There are other interactions to consider that may impact the rendering of appointments on these screens if the above did not resolve the issue. To troubleshoot further, please also check the following:

  • Browser extensions - Start by disabling all of them, if this resolves the issue you can begin reenabling them one by one to find the culprit.
  • Any Ad or pop-up blockers
