On Client Clinical Profiles in the Web platform and various pages of MeasurePM's Mobile-App, a yellow sticky note icon is visible. Selecting this icon allows you to add notes that all providers can view and edit, functioning like a traditional paper sticky note.
When the sticky note is blank (no text in the note) the icon will appear as shown below.
When there is a note within the sticky, the icon will show with a red exclamation mark on it. This is a signal to providers that they should open the note and see what information is being communicated to them.
Each sticky note that you see is individualized, meaning they never sync. The only exception to this is the Client Clinical Profile/Client Dashboard sticky note. Any note added/edited on the Client Clinical Profile on the Web will show on the Client Dashboard on the Mobile-App, and vice versa. This synchronized note has a unique header, indicating where it is sync'd. Note that the sticky note on the Client Clinical Profile is the only sticky note on the Web, all other sticky notes are on the Mobile-App.
All other notes on the Mobile-App are individualized (meaning they never sync), and can be found across the following Mobile-App pages:
- Client Dashboard (pictured above)
- Data Collection Page (only available when in an appointment)
- Program Configurations
- Program and Behavior graphs
- Token Board Settings
Examples:
To add a note across any page, simply select the note icon, type the note and select Save. Once saved the note will be available for all users to View and Edit.
