Overview

To enhance system performance and user experience, the filtering logic for the General Ledger has been updated. This article provides an overview of the changes, including error messages, and record limitations. 


Previous Logic:

The system restricted the General Ledger to a 2-month date range for data retrieval.


Updated Logic:

The restriction now limits results based on the number of records rather than the date range.

  • Maximum Records Allowed: 25,000 records
  • Behavior When Exceeding the Limit:
    • If a search returns more than 25,000 records, the user will see the following error message: 
    • "Your search returned [#] records, please limit the parameters. The system can return a maximum of 25,000 records. "
