Measure PM introduces an enhanced invoice logic to address issues with sibling accounts when the default profile is inactive. This update ensures seamless invoice and statement generation by automatically managing default profiles and associated email addresses.

New Logic for Handling Inactive Default Profiles in Sibling Accounts
When managing sibling accounts, the system previously encountered issues when the default profile (carrying the email address for invoices and statements) was marked inactive. To resolve this, we have updated the system to ensure uninterrupted billing functionality.
How It Works:
Automatic Email Reassignment:
- If the default profile becomes inactive, the email address is automatically reassigned to an active sibling profile.
- The inactive profile will no longer carry the email address.
Default Profile Update:
- The system designates an active sibling profile as the new default for generating invoices and statements.
Multiple Sibling Scenarios:
- For accounts with multiple siblings (e.g., more than two), the system will transfer the email address to any active sibling profile.
- The only requirement is that the recipient profile must be active, ensuring billing communication continues smoothly.
Seamless Invoice Generation:
- Once reassigned, invoices and statements are generated based on the updated default profile and its associated email address.
