We’re excited to introduce a new enhancement to the Measure PM web app: the ability to restore sessions marked as non-billable in Stage 1 directly from the List View.
Here's a video that may help you --> Recover Sessions Marked Nonbillable in Stage 1
What’s New
We’ve introduced a “Restore from Nonbillable” action to the Appointments List View. This action allows users to recover sessions previously marked as non-billable, whether by accident or administrative choice, and return them to a billable status.
How to restore?
Example in Process Appointments: There are two sessions scheduled for this client on 5/12/25 — one billable and one non-billable. However, only the billable session will appear within Process Appointments (also known as Stage 1 Billing)
Navigate to the Appointments List View.
Select one or more sessions marked as non-billable. Open the action menu and select “Restore from Nonbillable”
The eligible session(s) will return to Ready to Bill and display in Process Appointments. (The status of the session now shows only Rendered and not Rendered (Non-Billable))
System Messages to Expect
Success: “Restored from Non-Billable Successfully”
No Match: “No Non-Billable Appointment found.”
Error: “One or more of the selected appointments has been processed for billing or has already been billed. Please unselect these appointments and try again.”
Important Notes
This action only works for sessions that are fully non-billable. If a session was split into non-billable, revert the session and reprocess to recover the units made non
If a session has already been billed or partially processed, you must first revert it from Process Appointments before using the restore action.
The feature is only available in List View, not within the session details.
