MeasurePM now offers Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP) session note templates directly accessible within the MeasurePM platform. These templates are provided to our users for the purpose of streamlining documentation in accordance with best practices. Use of these templates is entirely voluntary and contingent upon agreement to the terms and conditions set forth by MeasurePM and CASP.
Accessing the Templates
If you would like to further explore, and gain access to these notes, please reach out to a support team member via email at support@measurepm.com. From there, a team member will walk you through gaining access to the notes, which does come along with some expectations and responsibilities, some of which are listed below.

Using the Templates
Set up
Once the notes are added to your site, they will be available in the "Copy From" drop down menu within your SOAP note settings. To use these:
- Navigate to SOAP Note Settings.
- Select the service type drop down and choose the service type for the note you wish to update.
- Select the appropriate CASP template from the copy from menu.
- See the template populate in the Mapped Properties section once selected. Please note that no editing of the template is allowed, this includes restriction on mapping/unmapping properties, rearranging/editing properties and groups, and selecting/deselecting the required, active, and parent portal checkboxes.

The notes will also be available within the CASP SOAP Note Details print report, and if accessed from here, you will see the CASP logo, template version number, and client ID present on the notes.
Please be aware that these notes will not be available in the SOAP Note Details report.
