MeasurePM has launched a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboard, designed to meet all your organizational needs!
This dashboard offers multiple metrics for comprehensive tracking across departments that make your practice successful. Users can quickly get an overview of performance as well as dive deeper for targeted analysis of how essential workflows, responsibilities, authorizations, and services are being optimized. KPI's can be viewed company-wide, per zone, employee type, funding source, service code, manager and more!
It provides a clear overview of performance against specific goals, allowing you to easily identify trends, spot potential issues early on, and make data-driven decisions.
Our KPI Dashboards are organized by the following general pages:
1. Operational: Soap Note Submission compliance, billable service hours against target billable hours, and timesheet submission compliance
2. Staff Cancellations: Staff cancellation rates, and features clients that are most often canceled on by staff
3. Client Cancellations: Client cancellation rates by funding source type, zone, manager
4. Authorizations: Comprehensive Authorization utilization fulfillment
5. Administrative: Billable service hours per month, day, or averaged per employee, along with monthly billable projections and variance from projections
Permissions and Access
The KPI Dashboards are permission based. Each widget is it's own permission, and each page is its own permission.
Note: Giving page access with no individual widget access on that page, will lead to an empty page.

General Information
Top-Level Filters
Each page has top-level filters that are specifically designed for the purpose the page. Top-level filters may include a date range, zone, employee type, employee name, funding source type, cancellation type, service code, and designated manager.
Widget-Level Filters:
In addition to top-level filters, some widgets have filters or options which apply to the entire widget (graphs and tables).
Cancellation Status Type selections:
A common top-level and widget-level filter is a a Cancellation Status. Each site has uniquely configured appointment statuses names, in which MeasurePM's database categorizes as Rendered, Confirmed, Canceled, or Unconfirmed. Therefore, if a site has multiple types of cancellations configured (e.g., Cancelled by Client and Cancelled by staff), the dropdown choices for Cancellation Status type is an opportunity for the you to choose which cancellation type should be considered as "cancelled" in this widget or page.
User Information:
Each widget contains a description of the metric. Select the "?" to view the information
Export:
Most widgets include an expandable and collapsable table with more granular information. This comes with an export button for use in .csv files.
Table Sorting and Filtering:
Expanded tables allow for a search box to filter results. Additionally, sort the order of the results by selecting the column header. An upwards arrow indicates the results are being displayed in ascending order. A downward arrow indicates results are being displayed in descending order.
Manager Assignment:
The manager mapping requires a setup in Client Custom Properties.
The client custom property controls "KPIEmployeeList" and "KPISupervisor List" are designed to map to the KPI dashboard for manager.
To set this up, first establish the custom property control for the site with the desired name. Then, input the provider name selections within the custom properties widget within employee profiles.
- KPIEmployeeList provides a dropdown menu of all employees in the company
- KPISupervisorList provides a dropdown menu of all employees in the company who have the "supervisor" checkbox selected in their HR tab.
You may set up more than one KPI property, and each will be counted as the client's Manager within the KPI dashboards. For example, if a client has Provider A and Provider B selected in their property, then when I select Provider A from the manager dropdown I will see the client, and when I select Provider B from the manager dropdown I will see the client.
Please see the KPI Dashboard Widget: Detailed Data Guide or a more detailed review of each KPI.
