The Account Ledger All report now includes a new column called “Status Update Date,” designed to help teams track the most recent change to a claim's status. This column reflects updates made either manually by a user or automatically by the system.


Previously, the system only captured status updates tied to payment activity. With this enhancement, all status changes, regardless of how they occurred, are now logged and visible.

Where You’ll Find It

  1. Login to MeasurePM.

  2. Navigate to Reports > Data Reports > Financial > Account Ledger All.

  3. The “Status Update Date” column appears between the Claim Status and Deposit Date columns

The new column displays the date the claim status was last updated, either manually or by the system. 


What Triggers the “Status Update Date”

The column displays the most recent date the claim status was updated. It is triggered by:

  • A manual change made by a user, such as updating the claim status in the billing screen.

  • A system-driven update, such as:

    • A status change triggered by a payment.

    • Other system-level claim processing logic.

Previously, the report only captured claim status changes associated with payments. Now, it also tracks manual changes, ensuring a complete audit trail of when a claim status was last modified


How the “Status Update Date” Column Reflects Changes

This example demonstrates how the column behaves when a claim status is manually updated from "PR Ded" to "Closed."


Before – Status Not Yet Updated

  • In the Account Ledger All report, the Status Update Date does not yet reflect the most recent manual change.

  • Claim status is still listed as PR Ded.


Action – Manually Change Claim Status 

  • Go to the Apply Recipets screen where claim statuses can be edited.

  • Locate the line item for the client.

  • Manually change the Status to Closed.

  • Click Save.



After – Status Update Date is Now Displayed 

  • Return to Reports > Data Reports > Financial > Account Ledger All..

  • Run the report again.

  • The updated row now displays:

    • Claim Status: Closed

    • Status Update Date: 05/28/2025 (or the date the change was made)
