We’ve enhanced the Zone Filter functionality on the List View page to give users more flexibility when viewing session data. Previously, selecting a zone would only show sessions where both the client and the provider (employee) matched that zone.
With this update, users can now apply two independent zone filters:
Client Zone
Employee Zone

Previous Behavior
One shared Zone filter applied to both clients and providers.
If a client was in Zone A but their provider wasn’t, no sessions would appear.
Limited flexibility for users needing to filter by only client or only provider.
Updated Behavior: What’s Changed
We’ve introduced two separate filters:
Client Zone: Filters the client dropdown and session results by the selected client zone.
Employee Zone: Filters the provider dropdown and session results by the selected provider zone.
Users can now:
Filter by just the client’s zone
Filter by just the employee’s zone
Filter by both zones at once
View all sessions based on other filters when no zones are selected
Navigate to Appointments > List View
How the Filters Work
Client Zone Filter
Filters the Client dropdown to only include clients within the selected zone.
Shows sessions that match the selected client zone.
Employees Zone Filter
Filters the Employee dropdown to only include employees within the selected zone.
Shows sessions that match the selected provider zone.
Examples of Results

What to Expect
The List View grid will now reflect whichever zone filters are selected.
If both zones are selected, session data will reflect any matching sessions for those zones.
If only one zone is selected, it will only display sessions related to that zone (client or provider).
