Overview
The Client Zone Address functionality has been extended to now support both primary and secondary claims. This ensures that the address set at the Zone level will consistently populate in Box 32 and Box 33 on CMS forms and files, regardless of whether the claim is primary or secondary.
What Changed
Box 32 & Box 33: The Client Zone Address is now supported for secondary claims (previously only applied to primary).
Users will see consistent behavior across both claim types.
The workflow mirrors the functionality already in place for NPI fields (32a & 33a).
How It Works
Navigate to Site Settings > Services and Rates > Site Funding Sources.
Under Box 32 and Box 33 Configuration, select Client Zone Address.
Once selected, the system will automatically pull the address from the assigned Zone for:
Primary claims
Secondary claims
Where You’ll See This
On CMS 1500 forms (Boxes 32 and 33).
In ANSI/837 claim files.
