Overview
We’ve added a new site configuration option to give sites more control over editing mileage values directly from the List View screen.
Previously, the Mileage Edit flag (MEMA) applied to both My Appointments and List View, which caused confusion and limited flexibility. This new configuration allows sites to independently control mileage editing within List View.
New Configuration Details
Flag Code: MEML
Description: If enabled, editing the Miles field will not be allowed under List View.
When this flag is enabled, users will be restricted from making mileage edits directly within List View.
How It Works
The new flag, MEML, controls List View only.
The existing flag, MEMA, will continue to control My Appointments.
This means your site can now manage both areas separately:

Example Scenarios
If MEMA = Enabled and MEML = Disabled:
Mileage cannot be edited under My Appointments
Mileage can be edited under List View
If both MEMA and MEML = Enabled:
Mileage cannot be edited under either My Appointments or List View
If both MEMA and MEML = Disabled:
Mileage can be edited under both areas
Where to Update This Setting
Navigate to: Site Settings › Site Details & Rules › Site Configuration
Locate the flag MEML (Mileage Edit – List View)
Set to:
Enabled → Prevents editing of the Miles field in List View
Disabled → Allows editing of the Miles field in List View
Click Save to apply your changes
