Overview

A new section has been added within the Manage Site Properties page to display a Site Contact List. This enhancement allows administrators to easily view and manage communication details used when sending release notifications or blasts. It ensures all site contact information is accurate and accessible in one place. 


 How to Add a Contact

Administrators can easily add multiple contacts within the Site Blast List section.

  1. Navigate to Site SettingsSite Details & RulesManage Site Properties.

  2. Enter the following details for each contact:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email

    • Phone

  3. Click the “+” button to add another entry.

  4. Once all entries have been added, select Save to confirm your updates.

You can add multiple contact entries at once by using the “+” button before saving



 Purpose

The Site Blast List helps administrators:

  • Maintain an accurate and updated contact list for release notifications.

  • Review or export site contact details for communication purposes.

  • Ensure all relevant recipients are included in post-release communication blasts.
