MeasurePM is excited to announce recent features that spanned across Mobile-App versions 2.36 through 2.39. Please see the information below outlined by topic, and see updated permission guide which reflects any relevant changes.
Clinical Profile
- Duplicating Client Profile Configurations
- A given client has a unique clinical profile for each treatment type and funding source that they have authorizations for. For example, if Wendy has an INSURANCE 1 authorization for ABA, and an INSURANCE 1 authorization for Speech, Wendy will have 2 unique clinical profiles. Similarly, if Wendy now has an INSURANCE 2 authorization for ABA, Wendy will have an additional unique profile.
- In order to make the process of changing funding sources more efficient, MPM now has a "COPY FROM" feature in which you can select from the client's existing profiles for other funding sources with the same treatment type, and duplicate all of the client profile settings.
- PLEASE NOTE: This does NOT duplicate any data, and does not impact or change any settings or data for the existing profile in which you are choosing to duplicate.
- You can see a QUICK-TIP video on this here.
- Lock Success Criteria
- You can now choose to have a program lock when the success criteria is met by selecting the Lock checkbox. This means users will be unable to continue to take data for that program until the program is unlocked by someone with permission. This "lock" option matches the lock/freeze option for Trend Tracking. For success criteria currently, there is an automatic notification to the user that the success criteria has been detected, and a phase line automatically gets inserted into the graph to reflect this. This additional "lock" feature is optional, and can be also adjusted on the Mobile-App.
Programming
- Program Library Archiving
- Each program in your Program/Goal Library can be "Archived" which means it will not be visible for providers to add to client profiles moving forward. Everyone can still view archived programs that have already been mapped to a client profile. Changing a program to Archived will not impact the programs past, current, or future configurations or clinical data. It simply prevents it from being added to client profiles going forward. An Archived Program can be returned to Active at any point by selecting the corresponding radio button on the program configuration page, as seen below.
- The status of each program will be listed as a new column in the Program Library.
- Reminder: You can see what programs are being used by clients in your facility if you have access to the Clinical Data Report called Program Mapping.
Data Collection
- Undo Button
- To remove recorded program trials that are not yet committed, there is a new "undo" button which will undo the trials in the reverse order in which they were recorded. Please Note: You can only use the back-arrow undo the data before you move to another page. After you move to another page and return to the previous page, the back-arrow undo will not remove any trials.

- Add/Edit Bulk Trials
- In order to input or edit many trials at once, users can hold down the data recording type (blue square) for 3 seconds and toggle. This is available for efficient data collection for high rates of trials.
Data Review
- Provider Filter for Graph
- The graphing module on the website now includes a Provider Filter for programs and behaviors. For each provider selected, a new data path will populate on the graph. This functionality has previously existed on the Mobile-App.
- Trial by Trial Data on Program Data
- The Mobile-App now stores the order in which trials were taken for DTI programs, and the order can be seen when selecting the EYE icon on Program Data page.
- Edit Phase Objective on Program Data
- The phase objective is stored with the data when the data is committed. The saved phase objective can be seen on the Program Summary Data Report on the web and on the Program Data page on the Mobile-App. If the text needs to be edited, it can be done by someone with permission to edit data on the Program Data page. After selecting the unlock to enable editing icon, select the phase objective text to enable editing the text itself. In an upcoming release, there will be a pencil icon to select instead of the text itself.
Games
- There is a "Games" tab present on the Program menu page of the Mobile-App. MeasurePM is developing an educational protocol/game and the available screens within that tab is a placeholder game. Please note that it is under development and not a final product.
