MeasurePM is excited to announce recent features that span across Mobile-App versions 2.40 through 2.47. Please see the information below outlined by topic, and see updated permission guide which reflects any relevant changes.

Behavior Goal

  • When editing behaviors on the Client Clinical Profile, on both Web and Mobile-App, users are now able to add a Goal, if the below permission is granted.
    • On the Web: Select the behavior on the profile you would like to edit. Select the pencil icon beside the Goal heading to edit. Enter in text, and select the floppy disk icon to save when finished. Any changes made here will automatically sync to the Mobile-App upon the next time logging in.

    • On the Mobile-App: Select the behavior in the profile you would like to edit and then select Configure. If you do not have permission to edit, a small lock icon will be present beside the Definition and Goal headings. If permission has been granted, you may tap inside of the text box, enter the desired goal and select Save. The Goal entered will be viewable on the individual behavior menu as well as well as on the Behavior Configuration  page. Any changes made here will automatically sync to the Web upon next log in.

Behavior Statuses

Behavior statuses now exist across the Web and Mobile-App. Statuses include:

  • Active: The behavior can be seen under Active on the View All page on the Mobile-App and is available for data collection.
  • Archived: The behavior can be seen under Archived on the View All page on the Mobile-App and is NOT available for data collection. This means Record Data will not be available on the individual behavior menu for Archived behaviors and the behavior data under Behavior Data is uneditable.

All currently mapped behaviors will default to Active statuses. However, you are free to change the status of behaviors by:

  • On the Web: Navigate to the Client Clinical Profile and scroll down to the behaviors section. To change the status simply click and drag the behavior from one column to the next.

Alternatively, select the + Behavior Library button and change the status using the status drop down menu. When finished select Save.
  • On Mobile-App: Navigate to Behavior Library and select the behavior you would like to modify. Each time the behavior name is selected the status will change from Active --> Archived --> Unmapped. If there is data already posted for the behavior you will not be able to unmapp it, in which case you will receive an error message indicating data has been collected and the status will change from Active --> Archived --> Active.

Inactivity Time

  • On the Mobile-App, users can now set an Inactivity Time. After the selected period of inactivity, the Mobile-App will automatically log the user out. You may set this time to 10 min, 15 min, 20 min, 25 min, 30 min, 40 min, 50 min, or 60 min. The default, which will automatically be selected, is 20 minutes. If you would like to change your inactivity time to a different duration, simply go into Settings from the Employee Dashboard on the Mobile-App and use the Inactivity Time dropdown menu to make a selection, and select Save.
  • Please note that running program and behavior timers (e.g., duration timer) is considered activity, and as such, you will not be logged out.
  • When adjusting your inactivity time please be mindful of potential HIPPA violations (e.g., longer inactivity periods may lead to users not being with their device but still being logged in). This would leave the Mobile-App open and client information could potentially be accessed by unintended individuals.

Custom Order on My Lineups

  • On the Mobile-App users can now set a custom order for My Lineup's. This refers to rearranging the order of the programs within the Lineup. To do so, select My Lineup's from the Program Menu. Next select a Lineup to edit, and select Edit beside Custom Lineup at the top of the page. From here, simply select the program name you would like to rearrange in the list and move it up or move it down. When you select the back arrow in the top left hand corner, the custom order will be saved. Please note, any user will be able to arrange the custom order under My Lineups, no permission is needed.

ABC Data Reports

  • Users are now able to view ABC Data reports on the Web, if ABCDataReport permission is granted.

  • If users have the permission, they will be able to go to Reports > Data Reports > Clinical > ABC Data Report. From here, make selections based on the reports you want to view (e.g., treatment type, client, etc.) and then select Go. The report will populate below and users can sort the various properties using the funnel icon beside the column name. Users also have the option to Export the Report to an Excel file where they can further analyze the report as desired.

Graphing Enhancements

  • The formula of how the data is plotted on Web graphs is now visible on the graphing module. After selecting your y and x-axis types, and selecting Draw Graph, the formula will be displayed on the top left. Please note, at this time, only one formula can be displayed at a time. If you are selecting multiple y-axes, the formula for the first plotted will be displayed.
