MeasurePM is excited to announce new features that span across our recent Mobile-App and Web releases. Please see the information below outlined by topic.

Success Criteria

Success criteria can now be enabled (i.e., turned on) or disabled (i.e., turned off) at the client level from both the Web and Mobile-App.

  • If disabled on the Web, it will also be disabled on the App and success criteria will not be detected upon committing data (i.e., the user running the appointment will not be notified of meeting the criteria, the program will not lock, and no mastered phase line will be added to the graph)
  • If enabled on the Web, it will also be enabled on the App and success criteria will be detected on app based on the parameters set
  • If disabled on the App, it will also be disabled on the Web and success criteria will not be detected (i.e., the user running the appointment will not be notified of meeting the criteria, the program will not lock, and no mastered phase line will be added to the graph)
  • If enabled on the App, it will also be enabled on the Web and success criteria will be detected on app based on the parameters set

In addition, success criteria can now span across 20 sessions.

Client Profile Web:

  • To make changes to success criteria on the Web navigate to the client clinical profile and select a program to edit. Once editing of success criteria is unlocked you can select/deselect the Enable Success Criteria checkbox to turn the detection on or off. If it is enabled, the usual configuration changes can be made.

Client Profile- Mobile-App:

  • To make changes to success criteria on the Mobile-App navigate to a client clinical profile and select a program to edit. Once editing is unlocked you can select/deselect the Enable Success Criteria checkbox to turn the detection on or off. If it is enabled, the usual configuration changes can be made.

Order of Data Recording Types:

Sites set up their bank of Data Recording Types (DRTs), which are used across their clinical settings. Within these settings the DRTs can now be rearranged. This has no bearing on DRTs used across programs or the order in which DRTs or presented on the data recording screen, however it does allow for organization of the clinical settings page.

To access this page navigate to Clinical Settings --> Settings. From here, scroll to the Data Recording Type section. Use the up and down arrows to either side of each DRT to reorganize the list as seen in the image below.

Graphing
Cumulative Graphs:

On the new graphing module you will now see 3 tabs across the top; Program/Behavior Graph, ABC Data and Cumulative. Select the Cumulative tab to populate cumulative graphs. At this time, you can only populate per target status cumulative graphs, however in future releases you will be able to populate program and behavior status cumulative graphs as well. To populate the graph, follow the steps in the image below.

Once you make your selections and select draw graph a cumulative graph will populate. Once the graph is populated you will be able to copy or download the graph as an image using the icons in the top right hand corner.

Graphing Notes:
On Program and Behavior graphs you are now able to add annotations (a.k.a. notes) to specific appointments. This is done via the "Add Note to Graph" button in the graph tool bar. The icon will only be available if graphing across the following axis types:

  • Per committed program/behavior
  • Total per appointment
  • Total per day
  • Average per day

Once the icon is selected you will be prompted to select a note type and an appointment to associate the note to.

Step 1: Select appointment note type. From here you can chose between:

  • Current Program/Behavior: The added note will only appear on the programs/behavior graphs that are actively showing on the graph
  • Across all Programs and Behaviors: The added note will be displayed across all mapped programs and behaviors
  • Across all Programs: The added note will be displayed across all mapped programs
  • Across all Behaviors: The added note will be displayed across all mapped behaviors

Step 2: Select an appointment you would like the note to be associated with.

Step 3: Enter text into the notes text box

Step 4: Save or Cancel

  • Save = Note will be saved and added to the graph(s)
  • Cancel = Note pop up will be closed and will not be added

Once saved, the note will appear above the appointment date on the graph(s) as a small up arrow (i.e., caret). If there is more than one note on the same appointment it will appear as a double caret above the date.

To preview the note, hover your cursor on the note icon and select the icon to delete/edit.

Once the note is opened, select the pencil icon to unlock editing. Once editing is unlocked you can make changes as needed, select the trashcan icon to delete the note and/or select the small x to discard the changes. Once finished ensure Save is selected. Alternatively, to close the pop up without saving your changes select the X in the top right hand corner of the pop up or select Cancel. Please note, graphing notes can be reviewed across all axis types, however, notes cannot be edited/deleted when viewing a per week or per month graph.
