The purpose of this guide is to demonstrate the steps for editing recorded behavior data during the appointment it was taken in, which does not require special permissions. However, editing recorded behavior data outside of the current appointment (i.e., once the appointment is rendered, or from another device) requires specialized permission. For information on editing past appointment data, please use this guide.

Before You Render Your Appointment

If you notice the error before rendering your appointment, you can change it yourself using the following steps on the Mobile-App:

1. Navigate to View All

2. Select the desired behavior to edit

3. Select “Behavior Data” to view and edit the behavior. Note: On some devices, you may need to scroll down to find this option

4. You will see a lock on the top right corner that indicates you can tap to unlock it. Once selected, the lock icon will show that it is unlocked and editing is enabled

Note: If you scroll to another appointment, and you do not have permission granted to edit data for past appointments,  you will see that you do NOT have permission to edit the other appointments.

5. Select “Edit” or “Delete” on the occurrence/ row you would like to edit. You can also select “Add” to add another occurrence/row

6. One “edit” or “add” is selected, you will see a receive a pop-up to make the desired changes or additions. It will look slightly different depending on the current measurement type of the behavior. Follow the available options, and then select “Save Changes” or save, or “Discard Changes” to close the pop-up without making the changes.

7. You will now see the changes made on the Record Data pages, graphs, etc.
