Reports are added from the Admin page. Limited users have access to "Admin" page so only they have the permissions to map the reports.

There are 3 page categories of report

1. Print reports

2. Data reports

3. History reports

After creating a new report with the help of our support team, you will need to map the report in order to view it. In this article, I will be showing how the reports are mapped.

To Go to the "Admin" page, filter the group name you want to provide access to for a particular report and click on the key icon under the access column.

A tab will appear with permissions. To view all the permissions click on the numbers at the bottom or adjust the 'items per page' to view all permissions in one scrolling.

The best way to find a permission is by using the "Page Category" filter.

To map a report, choose any of the 3 from the "Page Category" Filter.

a. Print reports

b. Data reports

c. History reports

The most used report category is Data reports so I will be mapping a report for this page category.

To find a particular report, you can either use the filter of "Description" column if you know the name of the report or use the numbers at the bottom of the page.

Note: Type the name without space while using the description filter as all the permissions are entered without space.

After filtering out the report permission, enable both R/W (Read/Write) and R (Read only) and click Save.

Note: For reports permissions, user can also download the report even if only R is enabled.

Log out and log back it. And the user of that group will be able to view the report!

If you wish to add a new report, please create a support ticket.
