MeasurePM is thrilled to announce new clinical features that span across our recent Web releases. Please see the information below outlined by topic, and see the updated permission guide which reflects any relevant changes.

RBT Supervision Tracking

MeasurePM now offers a supervision tracking feature for RBT's, BCaBA's, and BCBA's in training. This tracking feature is set up so users can easily view the number of supervision hours they are attaining per month and identify which percentage of worked hours are supervised.

Please see this guide for more information.

Data Report Filters to Align with Treatment Team/Zone

MeasurePM is pleased to announce that all data report client filters now go by the same rules of access that list client has. I.e., you will not have access to data reports for clients outside of your treatment team or Zone. For information on how to add employees to zones, please see this video resource. For more information on how to set up treatment teams please see this guide. When configuring Admin groups you can opt for the employees to go by zone or treatment team, as seen in the image below.

New Data Reports

MeasurePM is also excited to announce several new clinical data reports, each of which is described below.

Trial by Trial Report

The Trial by Trial data report allows clinicians to view trial by trial data on the Web, as you can on the Mobile-App. Note that this is a permission based data report meaning only those with permission will be able to view it.

If permission is granted, select Reports from the left hand navigation menu to open the reports tab. From here simply select Data Reports --> Clinical --> Trial by Trial Report. Once the report is opened, make applicable filter sections and then populate the report. This report will show the client profile, the date and time the data were collected, the program name, the trial by trial break down, and the percentage correct that the learner achieved. Note that trial by trial data will only be available in this report if: 1) Data were collected in trial by trial fashion (i.e., bulk trials were not added and the undo button was not used) and 2) The program measurement type is DTI or Frequency. Once the report is populated, users can view and filter the data on MeasurePM or download the report as an Excel file. This same data can be seen on the Program Data page on the Mobile-App.

Behavior Outcomes

The Behavior Outcomes data report allows clinicians to view the first behavior data committed and the most recent behavior data committed, and compare the two. Note that this is a permission based data report meaning only those with permission will be able to view it.
If permission is granted, select Reports from the left hand navigation menu to open the reports tab. From here simply select Data Reports --> Clinical --> Behavior Outcomes. Once the report is opened, make applicable filter sections and then populate the report. Note that you are only able to populate one report per behavior measurement type, i.e., you can populate one report for frequency, another for duration, and another for time sampling. Once the measurement type has been selected, only applicable behaviors will show in the behavior dropdown menu for selection. Once selections have been made, select Go to generate the report. Reports across measurement types will show the client profile, the status of the behavior, the behavior name, and the measurement type of the behavior. The report will also show the first date data was taken (within the selected date range filter), data for the first day data was taken, the most recent date data was taken (within the selected date range filter), the data for the most recent day, and the raw difference and percentage difference between the two. The report will also show the same information for the first 3 days of data (within the selected date range) and the most recent 3 days of data (within the selected date range). If the first day, or first 3 days overlap with the most recent day, or most recent 3 days, the raw difference and percentage differences cannot be calculated, and you will therefore see a dash in the cell to represent a blank value. Once the report is populated, users can view and filter the data on MeasurePM or download the report as an Excel file.

Program Outcomes

The Program Outcomes data report allows clinicians to view the first program data committed and the most recent program data committed and compare the two. Note that this is a permission based data report meaning only those with permission will be able to view it.

If permission is granted, select Reports from the left hand navigation menu to open the reports tab. From here simply select Data Reports --> Clinical --> Program Outcomes. Once the report is opened, make applicable filter sections and then populate the report. The generate report will show the client profile, the status of the program, the program name, and the measurement type of the program. The report will also show the first date data was taken (within the selected date range filter), the phase objective and prompt level associated with that data point, and the data for the first day. Next, it will show the the most recent date data was taken (within the selected date range filter), the phase objective and prompt level associated with that data point, and the data for the most recent day. The raw difference and percentage difference between the first and most recent day will be displayed in the subsequent columns. If the first day of data is the same as the most recent day of data, the raw difference and percentage differences cannot be calculated, and you will therefore see a dash in those cells to represent a blank value. Once the report is populated, users can view and filter the data on MeasurePM or download the report as an Excel file.

Programs Not Committed

The Programs Not Committed data report allows clinicians to view a list of programs that have not been committed within a certain date range. Note that this is a permission based data report meaning only those with permission will be able to view it.

If permission is granted, select Reports from the left hand navigation menu to open the reports tab. From here simply select Data Reports --> Clinical --> Programs Not Committed. Once the report is opened, make applicable filter sections and then populate the report. The generate report will show the client profile, the treatment type of the profile, the program name, and the program status. Only programs that have not been committed within the selected date range will show. Once the report is populated, users can view and filter the data on MeasurePM or download the report as an Excel file.

Graphing- Navigation between profile and graphing module

Users can now easily navigate between MeasurePM's graphing module and the clients clinical profile. To open the graphing module from the clinical profile, simply select the graphing icon beside the client name. Once selected, a new tab will open with the graphing module.

To access the client clinical profile from the graphing module, select Go to Profile in the top left hand corner. Once selected, a new tab will open with the clinical profile.

Once the two tabs are open, you can easily navigate between the two.
