MeasurePM has made some recent changes to Program Configuration permissions and will continue to make updates to the permissions over the next release as well.

Previously client specific program configurations on the Web were controlled by the Clinical Settings- Client Clinical Profiles permission.

However, the client specific program configurations on the Mobile-App were controlled by various unique permissions corresponding to each program property.

Changes are ongoing to have the above list of permissions to now control editing on both Web and Mobile-App.

To date, the Instructional Directions, Program/Goal Objective, and Success Criteria permissions have been updated, and the following will be updated with our next release.

Note that to have access to the profile on the Web, you will still need to enable the Clinical Settings- Client Clinical Profiles permission. However, editing program configurations within the profile are now separated out. When these permissions are off the information will be view only on Web and App. When these permissions are on the information will be editable. You can see in the screenshots below the relevant permissions are turned off and the sections within the clinical profile program configurations are not editable. If the permissions are granted you will see a pencil icon next to the header indicating you are eligible to make changes. With the permission off, the pencil has been removed.

These permission changes have also been reflected in our permissions guide.
