MeasurePM is thrilled to announce new features that span across our recent Mobile-App releases. Please see the information below outlined by topic, and see the updated permission guide which reflects any relevant changes.

Supervisor in Client Profile

You will now see a supervisor section at the top of all client profiles on the Web. The users designated in this section will be eligible to receive notifications when a trend or success criteria is detected for one of the clients programs. To add a supervisor select the pencil icon, enter or select the name of the user you would like to add, and then select the floppy disc icon to save. If you select the x or navigate away from the page without saving your changes will be discarded. Note that you can add as many users here as you would like.

For the selected supervisor to be notified ensure the "Notify Supervisor" box is selected when configuring Success Criteria and Tracked Trends.

Manual Phase Lines on Per Target Graphs

You can now manually add phase lines to your individual target graphs. All phase lines added on your per program and per target graph will show when looking at individual target graphs, however, any phase line added on an individual target basis will not show on your per program graph.

Definitions

  • Per Program Graph: A graph is considered to be "Per Program" when you are viewing "All" targets.

  • Per Target Graph: A graph is considered to be "Per Target" when you are viewing individual targets.

Automated Phase Lines on a per Target Basis

Now that you can add and view phase lines on an individual target graph basis, you will see a new automated per target phase line. When changing target status in a client clinical profile (e.g., moving from In Progress to Maintenance) an automated phase line will be added on the individual target graph to indicate the status change and the date of the change.

For example, if I am changing the target Cat from In Progress to Maintenance (as seen in the image below) a "Maintenance" phase line with the date of status change will be automatically plotted on the individual target graph.
Once saved, I can see the status change appear on my graph as long as I am filtering by a specific target.

Reset Token Board

Within the Token Board settings on the Mobile-App users now have the option of saving the clients tokens to the user's device. If the token board has the checkbox is selected, any tokens that are on the board at the time of rendering will remain and be stored for the clients next appointment on the same device you are currently using.  If unselected, the token board will reset after rendering, and any tokens that are on the board at time of rendering will be cleared and discarded.

New Data Report

Provider Instructional Trial Report

The Provider Instructional Trial Report is a new data report that will show the number of trials completed across a appointmnts within a date range for any selected client/s. Access this report by navigating to Reports > Data Reports > Clinical > Provider Instructional Trial report. Once opened, the date range will autopopulate to past one month, however this can be modified as needed. Users are required to select at least one employee and optionally can select multiple client profiles as well. Once the filters are set, select Go to populate the report.

Within the report, you can see the Client Profile, Appointment Date, the Scheduled Duration of the appointment, the number of Programs Committed and the Number of Program Trials that were completed. For DTI, Rate, Frequency, and Task Analysis Programs a trial is counted when a data recording type is selected, with duration a trial is counted each time the play/pause button is selected, and with Time Sampling a trial is counted each time an interval is scored.

Note that this report is permission based, meaning only authorized individuals will be able to access it. If you would like to grant access to the report ensure the following permission is enabled.

My Lineups on Web:

My Lineups is a feature that allows providers/supervisors to organize client programs into smaller groups or lists. Having designated lineups reduces navigation between recording screens on the Mobile-App and makes it easier to focus on priority or designated programs when running sessions.

Creating and editing program Lineups was previously only available on the Mobile-App. However, now creating and editing Lineups is also supported on the Web within client clinical profiles.

To create a new lineup, select the “+ Add” button below the Lineups. This will open a separate configuration window. Customization of lineups is divided into two tabs: (i) Configure My Lineup (i.e., name and program selection), and (ii) establishing program order.

In the first tab, available programs for selection will be listed. To include a program in the lineup, simply select the checkbox beside the program name. Once the Lineup has been named and programs have been chosen, select the blue “Save” button at the bottom of the window; this will automatically bring you to the second tab where you can rearrange the order of the programs within the Lineup.

By default, all programs in the newly created lineup up will be alphabetically ordered. However, you have the option to establish a custom order. To do so, select the “Custom Order” radio button and use the drag and drop icons to move programs in the preferred order. Once all changes have been made, select the “Save” button in tab 2.
