Overview

MeasurePM is excited to expand its options for Program statuses, and allow sites to activate only the statuses they find relevant to their needs. The program statuses assist in tracking the progress of the learner by having each program in their profile assigned the relevant status, and change as the programming needs of the learner changes. The Mobile-App data collection pages present the programs by status, to allow for ease of navigation for direct therapists. The web graphing module and data reports allow users to view data by status for efficient analysis. Progress reports can also present programs by status. Please see the guide below for additional information on each of these components.

Note: The previously labeled "Parent Training" status has been changed to "Family Guidance" to accommodate a wider scope of client stakeholders.

 

Clinical Settings

Site administrators have control over what program statuses they intend to have available for their providers. Navigate to Clinical Settings>Settings> Program Statuses to determine which should be available. The selections made here will define the statuses across all parts of the clinical platform for this side from Client Profile through reporting on Progress Reports.

Client Clinical Profile

Web Clinical Profile

The statuses that are turned on for the site will be displayed within each client profile for providers to assign to. Selecting the +Program Library button to add programs allows you to select which status it should apply to. Alternatively, providers can drop-and-drop the program at any point to move them across statuses. 


Statuses can be changed or established through the +Program Library popup. 






Mobile-App Client Profile:

  •  The statuses active within your site will be available on the Mobile-App to scroll through, with an addition of a dropdown selection to shortcut to view programs in a different status.

You can assign programs to the client profile from the Program Library on the Mobile-App, or change the status of existing programs in the profile, by selecting the desired program. Tap the program to cycle through the desired statuses, or hold it down for 3 seconds to receive a popup with the dropdown selections. 


Note: To use filters when searching the program library, select the expand button. 


Upcoming: My Lineups

My Lineups will include the option to ad programs of In progress status. Generalization and/or Maintenance statuses will also be permitted if the site has configured them to be active.


DRO Game Board

In order to enable DRO use with the client profile, the designated DRO program must be in one of the following statuses: In Progress, Maintenance, Family Guidance, or Generalization. For more information on DRO Game board use and setup, see this guide.


Graphs

Site configured statuses are available in web graphing module status dropdowns. These are found in the Program/Behavior graphs to select which programs to view, and in the Cumulative graphs to select which program statuses should be accounted for with tracking moving across statuses. Data Reports

The following data reports have status columns: 

  • Appointment Summary
  • Program Mapping
  • Programs not Committed
  • Target/Task Status


Progress Reports

Program statuses are also able to be reported on differently within progress report clinical tables.


When a Program custom property is created, only the site active statuses will be available for selection to create the desired tables for reporting on programs for your templates.
