MeasurePM is thrilled to announce new features that span across our recent Mobile-App releases. Please see the information below outlined by topic, and see the updated permission guide which reflects any relevant changes.

Target Status Updates:

MeasurePM has made enhancements to our program target/task step statuses. Specifically with this release we have added 3 new target statuses which are discussed below within the effected areas.

Program Library: Now when entering targets in programs on the program library you are able to assign each target, or task step to a status. Targets/task steps assigned to an "Active" status will appear on the Data Recording screen on the Mobile-App and be eligible for data collection. Any targets assigned to an "Inactive" status will not appear on the Data Recording screen and will be ineligible for data collection.

The list of available statuses include:

Active (Will Appear for Data Collection)

 - Baseline

- In Progress

- Maintenance

- Generalization

- Post Probe

Inactive (Will not Appear for Data Collection)- Not Initiated
- Mastered

- On Hold

- Discontinued

Clinical Profile: Targets/task steps statuses can also be configured at the client level. Within the clinical profile the total trials for the program must equal the sum of trials across the active statuses. To set a target status navigate to the client profile, edit targets, and utilize the "Status" drop down menu.

Note that you are no longer able to save a target without a name. E.g., if you attempt to save as:
You will receive the following error message.

Data Recording Screen: The assigned target status will now be displayed with each target on the data recording page, and users can also see and edit the status in the Program Info page.

If there are no targets or task steps set to a status that is eligible for data collection, or there is an existing blank (no name) target existing within your program, "No Targets" or "No Task Steps" will be displayed on the data recording screen. To change this simply assign the target to a active status or enter the target name and save. You can see in the example below all target are assigned to an inactive status and therefore "No Targets" is showing on the data recording screen.

Program Data Screen: The target status will also be displayed with all committed targets/task steps as seen in the image below. When editing data you will be able to edit the status in which the data was committed under, and when adding new data you will see the currently assigned status to the target/task step. If there are no targets configured to a status that is available for data collection or the target does not have a name, the Add Data page will indicate "No Targets" or "No Task Steps" and you will be unable to add data to the program.

Once Saved: Once the data has been committed you will be able to see the status the targets were committed under in your SOAP notes across the Web and the Mobile-App and Data Reports on the Web.

Upcoming: Within our web graphs you will soon be able to filter data by target status and will also be able to view  cumulative record of all target statuses on our cumulative graphs. Stay tuned for this enhancement!

New Program Measurement Types

Rate

Rate is now a selectable measurement type for programs. If Rate is the configured measurement type the data collection screen will appear as pictured below and committed data will be stored as and displayed as Rate per Minute or Rate per Hour. Please see this guide on Rate as program measurement type for more details.
Time Sampling

Time Sampling is now a selectable measurement type for programs. If Time Sampling is selected, the available time sampling methods include Whole Interval, Partial Interval, or Momentary Time Sampling. If Time Sampling is the configured measurement type the data collection screen will appear as pictured below and committed data will be stored as and displayed as percentage of intervals occurred. Please see this guide on Time Sampling as program measurement type for more details.

External Links

Users can add external links to programs  in both the program library and on the client clinical profile. The links that are added here can be selected and copy and pasted within an active appointments. Note that any external link listed in this text area is for general informational purposes only. MeasurePM makes no representation or warranty, express or implied. As these links may be unsecure, your use of these external links is solely at your own risk. This text may contain links to third party content, which we do not warrant, endorse, or assume liability for.

When first saving a new link you will need to confirm you acknowledge this statement. Selecting Yes allows you to save, and selecting No will discard your links and not save.

Once saved in the program you will be able to view external links on the individual program menu on the Mobile-App, as seen below.

Mobile-App Scatterplot Enhancements:

Scatterplot as a graph type for behaviors has always been available on the Mobile-App, however recent updates made the scatterplots appear more similar to the web in that data points are plotted as different shades.

  • Lightest Shade= 1-5 occurrences (frequency), 1sec-5min (duration), or 1-40% of intervals occurred (depending on the behavior measurement type
  • Darker Grey Shade= 6-10 occurrences (frequency), 5min, 1 sec - 10 min (duration), or 41-70% of intervals occurred (depending on the behavior measurement type
  • Black Shade= 11+ occurrences (frequency),10 min, 1 sec+  (duration), or 71-100% of intervals occurred (depending on the behavior measurement type

Example:

Select Your Region Upon Mobile-App Login:

Upon logging into the Mobile-App for the first time after downloading the app or after clearing your cache you will be prompted to select your region. The choices will be US & All Others or Kinark. Simply select your appropriate region and proceed with logging in as usual. This will be a one time selection and will only reappear after redownloading or clearing your cache.

Graphing Updates

Draw Separate Graphs

When populating a graph for more than 1 programs/behaviors Draw Separate Graphs is now available. This providers users the option of drawing 1 graph for each program/behavior selected rather than overlaying them in the same graph. If you opt to graph more than 5 programs/behaviors at one time you will be forced to draw separate graphs.

Add all Programs/ Add All Behaviors

When graphing programs/behaviors users now have the option of selecting individual programs/behaviors to graph or adding all programs/all behaviors within the selected statuses at once. This allows user to quickly populate all program/behavior graphs at once.
