MeasurePM is thrilled to announce new features that span across our recent Mobile-App releases. Please see the information below outlined by topic.
Client Information
A new screen/module is available for each client on the Mobile-App for the purpose of communicating essential information to the provider, that is not imbedded within the clients programs/behaviors.
In this screen, providers are able to view Emergency Contact Information, Client Custom Property Information, and specified Documents. Editing and set up of this page is done from the web
Example:
User Notifications
Notifications, which were previously only available on the Web, are now available on the Mobile-App, therefore they be received and reviewed across both. Like the Web, there will be a bell icon (i.e., notifications) to left of the user's name when logging into the App. The bell icon will only be displayed on the main Employee Dashboard, so any time the user navigates away from this screen, the bell icon will not be visible. Notifications are shared between the Web and App, meaning that the user will be able to review them on either platform. When new notifications are reviewed on the Web, they will appear as "read" on the Mobile-App and vice versa.
Users will receive notifications, on the Web and App for any of the following:
- Leave requests
- Leave approved/denied
- Task received
- Task approved
- Task denied
- My payroll request for approval
- Availability approved/denied
- Expiring client files
- New mail in Inbox
- Expiring employee credentials, qualifications and clearances (i.e., day of, 5 days before and 1 month before)
- Accepting unconfirmed appointments
When a user receives new notification, a number corresponding to the amount of new items will be displayed in a small red circle on the bell icon. This number will correspond with the number displayed on the web only if the notifications have yet to be read from either platform. Please see this guide for more detailed information.
Example:
New DRO and Token Board Themes
There are 3 new DRO board themes; Park, Underwater, and Underground and 2 new token board themes; Dinosaurs and Arcade. Each are pictured below.
Bulk Adding/Editing Data
Users now have the ability to enter in large quantities of frequency behavior data from the record all screen, from the individual behavior recording screen, and also from the program data screen. To do so from the record all or individual recording screen hold down the number on the right side of the behavior for three seconds. This will render a pop-up window where you can manually add occurrences using the left and right toggle arrows OR select the occurrences number text box to type in a value. Once a value for occurrences (and intensity if it has been configured) has been established, select Ok. The occurrences added in "bulk" with be combined with the existing occurrences. For example, if I have collected 5 occurrences but add 23 in bulk, the data collection screen will display a total of 23 occurrences of that behavior. Adding/editing has the same flow. When edit or add is selected from the behavior data screen, you can use the left and right toggle arrows OR select the occurrences number text box to type in a value. Please see the Taking Behavior Data Guide and the Editing and Adding Past Clinical Data Guide for more details.
Submitting a Ticket via Mobile-App
Users have always been able to submit a ticket to the MeasurePM support team on any Web browser when logged into MPM, and now with this new release users are able to also submit a ticket on the Mobile-App. To do this you will navigate to the employee dashboard on the app (i.e., the home page when logged in) and select Settings. At the bottom of the settings page there is a button for you to submit a ticket. Once selected you will be prompted to enter the description of your issue and once OK is sent you will get a "Mail Successful Sent." pop up. To close the window select OK and you can submit another ticket as needed.
Note that updates will be coming to this feature to allow users to also submit images and videos with the tickets.
Global Phase Lines
Users now have the opportunity to add "global" phase lines to web graphs, which means applying a phase line to all programs, all behaviors, or both. When adding a permanent phase line on a total per day or average per day graph "Type " will be an available configuration. The options include:
- Current Graph: This option will add the phase line to the graph you are currently viewing only
- Current Graph and All Program Graphs: This option will add the phase line to the graph you are currently viewing and also to all other program graphs
- Current Graph and All Behavior Graphs: This option will add the phase line to the graph you are currently viewing and also to all other behavior graphs
- All Program and Behavior Graphs: This option will add the phase line to all program and behavior graphs including the graph you are currently viewing
Please see the updated graphing guide for further details.
